What are online training groups? The online training website has the capability of using groups for you to track who at your center has gone through the training. This way, if the center chooses to do so, the training can be a track-able requirement for all staff and volunteers.
Creating A Group For Your Center
- Login to the online training on the EvanTell Training Site
- Click on your name in the top left corner to edit your profile
- Select “Request New Group”
- Fill out the Group Association Request.
- Group Name—Choose a group name that includes the name of your pregnancy center and the city in which you are located
- Group Type—Be sure to select Pregnancy Center
- No Spam Code—this is case sensitive
- Submit the request.
You should receive a confirmation email with a couple of days. At this point your group name will appear on the drop-down list under “Group Association” on the register page.

Your group can be populated by people who are new to the training as well as people who have already registered and taken the training.

- Enter the “No Spam Code” (this is case sensitive)
- Submit registration
